Dispute among inheritors of Mashhadi Gulshan Khanum
Bala Bayg, an inheritor of Mashhadi Gulshan Khanum, claims that her mother gave her properties to him and his brothers, Qahraman Khan and Shirin Bayg, that he has the bestowal settlement written in Mulla Hasan Mardanqumi's handwriting, and that the bestowal settlement the children of his deceased brother, Qasim Khan, claim to have is not valid because Qasim Khan coerced his mother into writing it. About settlement belonging to Gawhar Taj Khanum's grandchildren, 1927
A copy of listed properties, based on an earlier settlement, that belonged to Gawhar Taj Khanum, younger daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah, amongst her grandsons, Mahdikhan (son of Husayn Khan Iftikhar Nizam), and Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan, Ibrahim Khan, and ‘Isa Khan (sons of ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad). Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri Sardar Mujallal (their grandfather and Gawhar Taj Khanum's husband) and ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad are the guardians of these four underage children.

Settlement of Mirza Muhammad and Mirza ʻAbd al-A’immah with Mirza Muhammad Hasan, 1911
Settlement of Mirza Muhammad, son of Haj Mirza Yahya, and Aqa Mirza ʻAbd al-A’immah, son of Mirza ʻAli Naqi Mulla Bashi, with Haj Mirza Muhammad Hasan, known as Darmiyani, son of Haj Sayyid Muhammad Baqir Darmiyani, exchanging a fruit shop located at Bid Abad Bazar for two hundred and sixty-seven tumans. They also settled fifty mans [unit of weight] of white wheat from Isfahan for ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy and one hundred dinars. These settlements were based on the will of Hajiyah Baygum, daughter of Mirza Fath Allah Khan and wife of Haj Mirza Muhsin.

‘Ali Ibn al-Hasan sells one-sixth of a farm in Narmashir to Ibrahim Khan Sartip [brigadier] for three hundred and fifty tumans. He has the power of attorney from the sister of the late Mirza Yahya (who is Mirza Sayyid Ghulam Husayn’s wife) to execute Mirza Yahya’s will and pay off his debts.

Settlement of ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, 1932
Haji Isma‘il ‘Arab had assigned one thousand five hundred tumans for each of his daughters, ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, and appointed Haji Muhammad Husayn as the executor of his will and guardian of his daughters. According to this settlement between Mir’at al-Saltanah, on behalf of ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, and Ra’is al-Vikalah and Mirza Salman from Haris, on behalf of Haji Muhammad Husayn, the two sisters should be paid an amount of two thousand five hundred tumans from the assets owned by Ahmad Aqa and ‘Ali Aqa, the sons of Haji Isma‘il.

Affidavit regarding the inheritance of Mirza Aqa ‘Ali Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim Khan Mu‘tamad, in the presence of Mulla Ahmad Shaykh al-Islam, son of Mulla Muhammad Mahdi Shaykh al-Islam, and three witnesses: Mirza Muhammad Riza Vazir, Mirza ‘Abd al-Ghaffar Khan Mu‘tamad al-Iyalah, and Mirza Khalil Sultan, brothers of the deceased. They testify that Mirza Aqa ‘Ali Khan did not have any male heirs; management of the deceased's properties was assigned to his older brother, Mirza Muhammad Riza Vazir; and his wives and daughters receive their share of inheritance based on Mirza Aqa ‘Ali...

Managing Mirza ‘Ali Khan's inheritance, 1916
After the death of Mirza ‘Ali Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim Khan Mu‘tamad, and the testimony of his brothers (with Mulla Mirza Ahmad Shaykh al-Islam's presence), regarding the absence of a male heir, his properties were divided amongst his wives and daughters, and the management of the rest of his properties was assigned to his older brother, Mirza Muhammad Riza Vazir. Now, after one year, because of Mirza Muhammad Riza's illness, this responsibility is transferred to his brother, Mirza ‘Abd al-Ghaffar Khan Mu‘tamad al-Iyalah.
